Ganache Jersey started in 2023 in our first shop in Castle Quay Jersey. 

Our vision was to share our experiences from around the world with Jersey, using high quality ingredients and where possible local. 

We are a member of the Genuine Jersey Association which is a mark of quality and origin of locally made products.
